Operator and agreement
The services are operated under the NeoWeb company identity: state registration number 273.110.1490562, tax ID 02936132, Republic of Armenia. Privacy correspondence should be directed to privacy@neoweb.ai.
These terms cover NeoDomains. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement or valid authority to act for the organization using the service. Product checkout terms and mandatory law also apply. Using this public website does not itself authorize a recurring subscription, domain registration or payment.
Accounts and authorized use
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and give workspace access only to authorized people. Notify support if access is compromised. You are responsible for the instructions and content you submit, subject to applicable law. Do not share secrets through public pages or unauthenticated support channels.
Registration and the registrar relationship
NeoDomains provides a domain search and management experience. It does not claim to be an ICANN-accredited registrar. The registrar of record, registry and relevant extension rules govern the registration. Registrar terms and required consents are identified before the operation.
Search availability and estimates do not reserve a name. An order is complete only after successful registrar confirmation. Premium names, minimum registration periods and extension eligibility can differ. Check spelling and naming rights before authorizing a purchase.
Charges, renewals and expiration
Registration, renewal, transfer and recovery are distinct chargeable operations. Promotional registration pricing can differ from renewal pricing. The final quote specifies the full term, currency, fees and applicable tax. A published estimate cannot authorize a provider charge.
Review expiration dates and renewal settings and keep the required contact and payment information current. Auto-renew depends on a supported billing arrangement, successful payment and registrar completion. Failure to renew can interrupt websites and email and ultimately result in loss of the name. Recovery availability and charges depend on registrar and registry rules.
Transfers, DNS and registration data
Transfers can require unlocking, authorization codes, reachable contacts and confirmation. Applicable 60-day restrictions and extension-specific procedures may prevent immediate transfer. Registrant changes can affect eligibility.
You authorize only the DNS or nameserver changes you confirm. Preserve records needed by email and other services. A connection is verified only when the required DNS and HTTPS checks succeed. Registration-data disclosure, privacy eligibility, disputes and cancellation are subject to the applicable registrar and registry requirements.
Pricing, changes and billing disputes
Review the disclosed total, currency, billing period, taxes and allowances before committing. Only an explicit purchase or billing authorization creates a payment obligation. Report a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge promptly with the reference available to you. Do not make another purchase to resolve an uncertain order.
Material changes to a continuing paid offer should be communicated in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the product’s policy and are subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Content rights and permitted license
You retain your rights in submitted content. You permit the processing and display necessary to deliver the service you request. This permission is limited by its purpose and the applicable retention requirements. NeoWeb’s software, branding and service materials remain protected by their respective rights. Third-party components and media retain their own licenses.
Service availability and third parties
Services can depend on network, hosting, payment, AI, registry or integration providers. Maintenance, restrictions or provider changes can affect availability. A specific service-level commitment applies only where expressly agreed. We should communicate material service changes and handle failed or undelivered paid services under the applicable offer and law.
Suspension and ending the service
Access may be restricted to address fraud, security incidents, nonpayment or a serious violation. Where practical and lawful, the affected user should receive the reason and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent action can be necessary to prevent harm. Contact support to contest a restriction or request an available export. Ending access does not erase outstanding obligations or mandatory remedies.
Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, NeoWeb is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized customer changes or independent third-party decisions outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct or a defective paid service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, with disputes subject to its courts. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in a consumer’s location continue to apply where required. First contact support with the issue and proposed resolution; that step does not prevent use of an available legal remedy.
Policy links and contact
Read the privacy policy, acceptable-use policy and cancellation policy for the same product. Changes to these terms should be communicated where the contract or law requires.
Contact support@neoweb.ai for service, billing and cancellation questions. Contact privacy@neoweb.ai for privacy, access and deletion requests.
