This public website
This version of neoweb.ai serves fonts, icons and graphics locally. It does not load advertising pixels, an analytics SDK, a newsletter tracker or embedded third-party players. Browser storage used for offline availability is described below. Product applications have their own storage and integration needs.
Offline public-page storage
On supported browsers, this public website automatically registers a service worker after the page loads. Installing the website is not required for this storage to begin. It uses browser Cache Storage for the public homepage and its supporting files, an offline fallback, and public pages and assets fetched during later visits. The page cache is limited to 96 entries and the asset cache to 160 entries, with core offline files retained. These are entry limits, not timed deletion periods. Stored content can remain until a new release replaces the cache, an entry is evicted, or browser site data is cleared.
The cache belongs to this website’s origin. It does not cache accounts on product subdomains, cross-origin responses, form submissions or URL query strings. You can remove this stored content through your browser’s site-data settings; uninstalling an app may not clear browser data. This cache is used for public-page availability, not advertising or behavioral tracking.
Motion and local preferences
This version follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. It does not read or write the former neo.motion.v1 motion preference. An older version may have left that key on your device; clear it through your browser if desired. Product-view selections, enterprise workflow stages, cost-comparison assumptions and early-interest drafts stay in the current page and are not automatically submitted.
Product applications
Applications may use essential session cookies, security tokens, account preferences and device-local state needed for their functions. A registrar or identity flow can have its own necessary storage when you use it. These operational uses are distinct from marketing tracking.
Optional tracking and your control
If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, its purpose, provider and retention must be disclosed and any required consent obtained before it loads. Declining optional tracking should not be treated as declining essential security or login storage. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so can reset preferences or sign you out of an application.
