Terms of service

How NeoEditor handles the service, your responsibilities and the terms of use.

Last reviewed: October 1, 2026Product-specific notice

Operator and agreement

The services are operated under the NeoWeb company identity: state registration number 273.110.1490562, tax ID 02936132, Republic of Armenia. Privacy correspondence should be directed to privacy@neoweb.ai.

These terms cover NeoEditor. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement or valid authority to act for the organization using the service. Product checkout terms and mandatory law also apply. Using this public website does not itself authorize a recurring subscription, domain registration or payment.

Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and give workspace access only to authorized people. Notify support if access is compromised. You are responsible for the instructions and content you submit, subject to applicable law. Do not share secrets through public pages or unauthenticated support channels.

Connected scan-to-content generation

The available NeoPresence-to-NeoEditor connection uses scans and opportunities to automatically create product pages, information updates and blogs through the AI integrated in NeoEditor. Use it for a website or workspace you are authorized to manage and review generated facts, claims and media rights. Your team controls what is published through its website workflow.

Generated content does not establish that a public change has been published or verified. AI answers, search rankings, citations, traffic and revenue remain separate outcomes and are not guaranteed. Third-party listings, editorial submissions and discussion participation remain manual and subject to the destination’s permissions and rules.

Building, publishing and integrations

NeoEditor lets you create and publish websites using available components and plan allowances. Page, language, storage, custom-domain and branding allowances are defined by the selected plan. A domain purchase is separate unless the offer expressly includes it.

You retain rights in your content and grant NeoWeb the limited permissions necessary to store, process, display and publish it as instructed. You must have the right to use uploaded media, trademarks, testimonials and personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy, accessibility and legal obligations of your published website.

Domain connection requires the correct DNS and working HTTPS. You are responsible for reviewing existing email and verification records. Social integrations depend on granted permissions, platform approval and API availability. Metadata and structure do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic or AI citations.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Trial availability and paid allowances are shown in the offer. A free trial does not by itself authorize a paid charge. When you explicitly choose recurring billing, the disclosed amount and period apply until cancellation. Cancel through the account’s available billing controls or contact support before the next charge. Future recurring charges stop after cancellation is processed; access and publishing after the paid period depend on the selected plan and account state.

Completed subscription payments are ordinarily non-refundable unless applicable law requires a remedy or NeoWeb agrees otherwise in writing. This does not exclude rights relating to a defective or undelivered service, unauthorized charges, or a valid statutory withdrawal.

Pricing, changes and billing disputes

Review the disclosed total, currency, billing period, taxes and allowances before committing. Only an explicit purchase or billing authorization creates a payment obligation. Report a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge promptly with the reference available to you. Do not make another purchase to resolve an uncertain order.

Material changes to a continuing paid offer should be communicated in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the product’s policy and are subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Content rights and permitted license

You retain your rights in submitted content. You permit the processing and display necessary to deliver the service you request. This permission is limited by its purpose and the applicable retention requirements. NeoWeb’s software, branding and service materials remain protected by their respective rights. Third-party components and media retain their own licenses.

Service availability and third parties

Services can depend on network, hosting, payment, AI, registry or integration providers. Maintenance, restrictions or provider changes can affect availability. A specific service-level commitment applies only where expressly agreed. We should communicate material service changes and handle failed or undelivered paid services under the applicable offer and law.

Suspension and ending the service

Access may be restricted to address fraud, security incidents, nonpayment or a serious violation. Where practical and lawful, the affected user should receive the reason and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent action can be necessary to prevent harm. Contact support to contest a restriction or request an available export. Ending access does not erase outstanding obligations or mandatory remedies.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, NeoWeb is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized customer changes or independent third-party decisions outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct or a defective paid service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, with disputes subject to its courts. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in a consumer’s location continue to apply where required. First contact support with the issue and proposed resolution; that step does not prevent use of an available legal remedy.
