Who is responsible
The services are operated under the NeoWeb company identity: state registration number 273.110.1490562, tax ID 02936132, Republic of Armenia. Privacy correspondence should be directed to privacy@neoweb.ai.
This notice covers NeoPresence and its application. Product notices add details specific to the relevant service. When you follow a link to another company’s website, that company’s notice applies to its own processing.
Information and why it is used
We use account and contact details to provide access and support; workspace content and settings to deliver the functions you request; billing and order records to reconcile purchases; and technical records to maintain service availability, prevent misuse and investigate problems. Requests to the site or application can expose an IP address, browser information, requested URL and time to the hosting infrastructure.
The public marketing website uses locally served fonts and graphics. It follows your operating system’s reduced-motion preference and does not save a motion choice in this version. Offline support uses a service worker and browser Cache Storage for public marketing pages, static files and an offline screen. It does not cache signed-in product workspaces, cross-origin requests, form values or URL query strings. You can remove the site’s offline data through your browser settings. It has no automated newsletter submission, advertising pixel, analytics SDK or embedded third-party player in this version. NeoPay’s early-interest form submits your reviewed contact details, use case and optional launch-update preference only when you choose Send interest. Email links remain available if you prefer your own mail application.
The contact inquiry page uses the name, business email, company, project goals and optional scope details you enter to prepare a reviewable request. These values stay in the current page until you choose Send request. That action transmits the inquiry to the NeoWeb backend and Amazon SES for email delivery to our team. The browser does not call the email provider directly. We use received inquiries to respond, understand your requested scope and take steps you request before a service agreement. The mail provider accepting a message does not guarantee inbox delivery. We do not send an automatic marketing subscription or confirmation email to the address you enter.
Connected NeoPresence and NeoEditor content
When you use the connected NeoPresence-to-NeoEditor workflow, scan findings, business context, source evidence and opportunities are processed to create product pages, information updates and blogs through NeoEditor’s integrated AI. The workflow processes the relevant website or workspace destination, generation instructions and generated content for that task. The selected AI provider receives the context necessary to generate the content under its applicable terms and deployed settings.
Your team controls the publishing workflow. Generated content remains subject to your factual review and the access permissions of the connected workspace. Connecting these products does not grant access to every account or record across the ecosystem and does not authorize third-party listing submissions or discussion posts.
Public-source research and AI measurements
Presence processes the public website URL you submit, fetched pages, extracted business facts, public contact and location information, technical findings, source URLs, timestamps and your corrections. Publicly accessible information can still be personal data. Do not submit private customer records, health information, identity documents, credentials or confidential source material for public-source research.
Measurements process prompt cohorts, provider selections, business context, generated answers, mentions, citations, competitor names, coverage, usage and action evidence. The selected AI or research provider receives the material necessary to perform the requested operation. Provider identity and observation scope belong with the result. Provider terms and deployed settings determine their own retention and use; there is no universal claim that every provider uses the same settings.
Ownership, evidence and team access
Workspace membership determines who can access reports, business profiles and action history. DNS verification proves control only after the challenge is checked; entering a public website does not prove ownership. External-source discovery and verification read public pages. They do not send messages, publish posts, submit directory entries or grant access to third-party accounts.
Historical observations can remain necessary to explain a report or action outcome. A correction to current business information does not automatically erase the record of an earlier observation.
Grounds for processing
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is necessary to perform the service or take requested steps before a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and service reliability, or act on your consent for optional activities. These grounds are not interchangeable across jurisdictions: referring to legitimate interests does not replace consent or another lawful ground where the applicable law requires it. Consent is not used as a blanket basis for every operation. You may withdraw consent for an optional activity without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Recipients and international processing
Information needed for delivery can be processed by hosting, communication, payment, AI, connectivity, registrar or other service providers used by the relevant product. Access is limited to the purpose of that operation and the applicable contractual relationship. Registrars, networks and payment providers can have independent obligations for information they receive.
Processing may occur outside your country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism, the relevant safeguards must be established for that transfer. Contact the privacy address for the current provider information and safeguards relevant to your account. We may disclose information where legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or in a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for the purposes described here: during the active service relationship where needed for delivery; while an unresolved order, refund, security event or dispute requires the record; and for legally required financial or other retention periods. Retention depends on the category and purpose rather than a single period for all information. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified under the applicable operational schedule.
Deleting an account does not instantly erase records required by law, a registry or an unresolved transaction. Backups are removed or overwritten under the relevant backup schedule. Public material copied by third parties is outside NeoWeb’s deletion control. Contact us to request the criteria or period applicable to a specific record.
Rights and safeguards
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We verify authority using proportionate information and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Some requests can be limited by another person’s rights, legal retention or the integrity of an unresolved transaction.
Access controls and service-specific security measures reduce risk, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Do not place credentials or unnecessary sensitive data in public content. The services are intended for people able to enter the relevant contract or acting with valid authority, not for collecting children’s information without the required safeguards.
Objections and privacy complaints
You may object to processing where the applicable law gives you that right. Send the product and the processing you are concerned about to privacy@neoweb.ai; an objection is assessed under the law and grounds applicable to that activity. You may also complain directly to the relevant supervisory authority without contacting NeoWeb first. In Armenia, the Personal Data Protection Agency publishes its contact details and complaint route. Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, you may use the competent authority’s complaint procedure, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where relevant.
Changes and contact
The review date identifies this version. Material changes should be communicated when required by law or the service relationship. An updated notice does not authorize an incompatible new use of personal information without the required legal basis.
Contact support@neoweb.ai for service, billing and cancellation questions. Contact privacy@neoweb.ai for privacy, access and deletion requests. Include the relevant product and account or order reference, but never send a password, complete payment-card number, eSIM activation code or domain transfer code in an initial message.
