Request access, correction or deletion
Write to privacy@neoweb.ai from the email associated with the account where possible. Identify NeoWeb ecosystem and the specific information or account affected. Tell us whether you want a copy, correction, restriction, portability where available, or deletion. We may verify your authority using proportionate information and respond within applicable legal deadlines.
What account deletion does
Deletion removes information that no longer has a lawful retention purpose under the applicable service schedule. It can end access to projects, reports or installation information. If you need a copy of your project or report, ask for an available export before deletion. Outstanding transactions may require specific records to be retained; they do not prevent you from making a deletion request. Do not assume deleting an account cancels a separately registered domain, expires a network profile or stops a subscription without the required billing action.
Records that may remain
Financial records, unresolved orders and refunds, legally required registration data, security evidence, dispute records and constrained backup copies can remain where necessary. We should explain the applicable reason for a limitation. Public website content, domain DNS and third-party copies may require separate removal requests to the entity controlling those copies.
Connected integrations and visitor requests
Disconnect a linked integration to revoke future retrieval through it; revoke permissions at the original platform when appropriate. If your request concerns a website operated by a NeoWeb customer, contact that business first. It determines the use of its visitor information. NeoWeb can assist within its role and lawful instructions.
